Working at Dearnsdale Fruit
Our aim is always to offer an enjoyable working experience for all our seasonal staff. Upon arrival we provide a full induction and training, so that all new team members understand our processes to maintain the productivity of the farm whilst working in a fair and safe environment.
Seasonal work can yield great earning potential with opportunities available to work 6 days a week.
Jobs range from in the field roles such as husbandry and harvesting to driving and packing work, as well as more specialist positions such as irrigation managers.
There are also opportunities for some seasonal jobs to become permanent roles.
Living at Dearnsdale Fruit
On-site facilities for our resident seasonal staff include:

Self-contained 6-berth caravans with kitchen, living area, toilets, sinks and showers

A state-of-the-art dry room (built in 2020) with laundry facilities and additional shower blocks

FREE transport to the local town of Stafford

Staff care package – we have an on-site welfare officer to assist with employment paperwork and medical care

Farm shop, which supplies resident staff with essentials, fresh produce, and groceries, as well as products from home.
